“This hotel was perfect for my stay! The rooms were very clean and comfortable with an air conditioning unit, and the location was optimal for everywhere I wanted to walk. Fabio at the front desk was so kind and helpful with going over my itinerary and calling taxis and also gave some excellent recommendations.”

“Great access of the hotel to the Arno River and public transportation. The street is quiet and peaceful. The hotel is very clean and the reception staff are polite and welcoming. The room temperature is ideal. Also, they left a small gift package on the bed for us, which included a selection of herbal teas — a very kind and thoughtful gesture”
“Loads of Italian charm and friendly personnel. There is even a small fridge with water and some cookies in the room. Great service: You can leave your luggage after checkout, in a room next to the reception. Bonus: there's a small toilet available after checkout. We would def. book again!”
“Perfect for what it is. Nice rooms for sleeping, pretty ceiling. With refrigerator, came stocked with water and biscuits, refilled water. They take care of bags if you arrive early or leave later than check out, you can get a coffee at the reception. Quite close to central Firenze, 20 minutes walk.”
“Fantastic hotel just outside of the busy city rooms were clean, beautiful and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and it's only about 15 minute walk away from the city (there is also a bus stop round the corner that stops in the center of town) our only issue was the hairdryer kept cutting out but we brought our own so no problems if you're prepared! Busy road outside might be off-putting to some but we're used to sleeping in a city so again not an issue for us but worth noting if you're a light sleeper!”
